This was our first show and still is the biggest party we’ve ever had here.  Over 400 people, two food trucks, and two kick ass bands.  It was a weekend long affair with lots of out of town friends and family.  We had a great Friday night performance by Bill and Dan Sheffield.  Bill plays a killer version of Choctaw Bingo. Rain started falling at the start of the song but folks gathered on stage to stay dry. This was also the first poster Perry Brown did for us. Seeing this poster on social media made my day. Up until this point, I wasn't completely convinced Ramsay was coming. With a little help from Kevin Russell, Ramsay was able to lock in the other dates to make the tour a realIty.

I hired Stewart & Winfield as the headliner for the big event after Ramsay said it didn’t look likely they would be able to string together enough shows to justify the trip. I first saw S&W years ago when they opened for Jerry Joseph at Smiths Olde Bar. Loved their music so much that we planned a family vacation around one of their Daufuskie Island annual pilgrimages.

After committing to Winfield, Ramsay called back saying we were back on. Amy’s sage advice was, “get them both, you only turn 50 once!”. Stewart & Winfield really was the Winfield Smith band singing the songs of Stewart & Winfield. Winfield had an incredible band and they played a great set. We’ve had Winfield back on a couple different occasions and can't wait to get him back here again.
